PROJECTS ~ Abbeyfield Houses Society Contracted by the Abbeyfield Society of Durham to increase awareness and interest in the Abbeyfield concept of living for seniors. Through this project, I was very fortunate to work with the President, Mr. Dick Stanton - a very passionate senior who was instrumental in bringing the Abbeyfiled Housing concept to Grey & Bruce Counties. I assisted Mr. Stanton with press releases, recuiting letters of support, creating public awarness and co-ordinating a substantial donation presentation event where friends, family and local leaders gathered to celebrate.
