PROJECTS ~ Let's Beat the Flu    Contracted by the Grey Bruce Health Unit to create public awareness and co-ordinate the Universal Influenza Immunization Program in Grey & Bruce Counties. The successful completion of this project saw 10 community clinics co-ordinated with over 2,200 free flu injections. The many activities carried out to complete this project include planning, marketing, implementing and evaluating all Public Health sponsored community clinics, working collaboratively with the program director, Vaccine Preventable Disease nurses, and clerical staff, recruiting and supporting new partners, and preparing the appropriate reporting requested from the Ministry of Health.
