Contracted by the executive team of the newly merged orgnization, Sanimax to create a strategy and process with execution to standardize the process of name change across the company due to the alliance between three major industry players; Sanimal, Anamax and bi-pro marketing.
By combining their resources and expertise, the newly formed alliance of Sanimax is better able to provide a more extensive range of products and services to their customers, and provide them more effeciently than ever across North America and around the world.

The successful completion of this project involved guiding teams from each location through the process of organizing a company wide roll-out of the Sanimax name and new corporate identity including: notification to all employees, stakeholders, and service providers; develop new marketing strategy and components; develop new signage for all plants, office locations and equipment; standardizing all administrative and human resource processes and guidelines; Sanimaxization of all forms and paperwork; and in finally creating an introduction and celebration to the employees to ensure the alliance's future success.
